CORN FRITTERS IN YOUR WAFFLE
IRON
 
1 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. milk
1 c. canned whole corn, drained

Sift flour, measure and again sift with dry ingredients. Beat egg. Add milk and butter. Combine mixtures, add corn. Preheat iron, pour batter and bake. Serves 6.
