SOUTHERN CORN FRITTERS | |
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn 2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. cornmeal 1 tbsp. melted butter Mix dry ingredients, add to melted butter and corn. Beat well. Drop by spoonfuls in deep fat. Drain. Serve hot. Yield: 2 dozen. |
