LEMON-GLAZED POUND CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. apricot nectar Lemon Glaze Mix cake mix and sugar. Blend in eggs, oil and nectar. Beat 6 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter in 10-inch tube pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Prick top of cake and drizzle glaze over. GLAZE: 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice Beat until smooth and drizzle over warm cake. |
