2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Beat all ingredients with wire whisk until almost smooth. Spread batter in pan. Bake 14 to 16 minutes at 425 degrees.

OPTIONS: Add 1 cup fruit (blueberries, bananas or chopped apples). Or top with 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
