BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
2 slices white bread, cut crusts off, cube
1 lb. breakfast sausage, diced and browned, drain well
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Line the bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan with bread cubes. Spread sausage and cheese over bread. Mix beaten eggs, milk, mustard together. Pour over other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
