MONKEY BREAD
1 loaf frozen white dough bread, thawed in refrigerator overnight
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 c. chopped peanuts or walnuts
4-8 tbsp. melted butter

Quarter bread loaf lengthwise, then cut each quarter into 8 cubes to give you 32 pieces.

In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, and brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.

Dip each cube into a small bowl with butter, then roll in the pudding mixture and layer pieces into a greased 6 cup ring mold.

Drizzle top with any remaining butter and sprinkle with remaining pudding mixture. Cover, let raise in a warm place until nearly doubled in size, 1 to 1 1/2 hours or overnight.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Let stand in pan 2 minutes before inverting onto rack to cool. Serve warm.
