BOURBON CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans

GLAZE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 oz. bourbon

Blend all cake ingredients and bake in bundt pan at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Glaze: Boil 1/2 cup butter with sugar and water for 1 minute. Add 1 ounce bourbon, remove from heat. Pour slowly over cake while hot in the pan. (Hint: "Poke it in" with toothpick.)
