GRILLED SALMON STEAKS 
2 salmon steaks
8 leaves leaf lettuce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 lemon, squeezed
2 tbsp. capers
2 slices of lemon
Fresh dill
2 tbsp. olive oil
Twine or a string that will not burn

In medium pan, place each salmon steak over 2 leaves of lettuce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon capers over each steak. Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil to each steak. Cover each steak with 2 leaves of lettuce. Wrap each steak with twine. Grill or broil until fish is tender. Goes great with baby carrots and a fresh salad.
