PINEAPPLE BANANA BREAD | |
3 c. plain flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 c. mashed ripe bananas 2 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. raisins 3 eggs, beaten Combine dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and stir until moist. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (3 x 5 x 9-inch). Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done. |
