SAUSAGE AND SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) frozen deep dish pastry shell
8 oz. bulk pork sausage
1 1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 garlic clove minced
5 oz. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. half and half
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage, onion, and garlic together. Drain excess fat, add frozen spinach, cook until thawed. Drain excess water. In a bowl slightly beat three eggs, combine half and half, cheeses, and stuffing mix. Add cooked sausage. Pour into deep dish pastry shell. Sprinkle paprika. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
