ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. crushed oregano
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Form into small balls (25). Brown slowly in oil; drain. Add to sauce.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 lg. can tomato juice
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
Meatballs

Saute onion and garlic. Stir in next ingredients. Add meatballs. Simmer 6 to 8 hours.
