1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) 1/2 cup fresh spinach 1 cup fat-free milk splenda or stevia, to taste Serves 1 Place milk in the blender, then place the remaining ingredients in the blender and mix until the ingredients are smooth.
