CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken (or more)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
chopped almonds (optional)
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese

Rinse cream of chicken soup can with 1/2 cup water. Mix ingredients and put in greased baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips.

Bake 25 minutes at 350°F.
