EASY BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lg. stalks fresh broccoli
1 pkg. fancy shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 bottle Hormel bacon pieces reserve 2 tbsp. for garnish
1 sm. bunch green onions
1 bottle Kraft cole slaw dressing

Break broccoli into bite size flowerettes, chop green onion finely. Mix all ingredients, toss until evenly coated with dressing. Cover tightly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, overnight is best. Toss just before serving, garnish with reserved bacon bits. Serves 8 plus people.
