MARSHA'S SWEET AND SOUR CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (20 oz.) can pork and beans (Campbell's or Van Kamps)
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks or bits
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes (onion and celery)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilis (can be found in Mexican section at grocery store)
1 cup ketchup (any brand)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. habanero powder (or cayenne if wimpish)
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder

In large pot, brown ground beef and drain. Set aside. In same pot, sauté onions, green pepper and mushrooms.

Put the above ingredients in large crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients and set on high for 4 hours. If you prefer, set on low for 8 hours.

Serve with chopped scallions, shredded Mexican blend cheese and sour cream and corn bread. Alternatively, serve with corn tortillas.
