ALMOND SKILLET CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. Pure almond extract (do not use artificial)

Soften butter. Beat in sugar and eggs, one at a time. Add salt, flour and flavoring. Mix well. Pour batter into a 10-inch cast iron skillet that has been lined with heavy duty foil. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes.

Its a 5 ... BUT I've tried everything to not have it STICK!!! I followed the recipe... used all the right stuff... cast iron skillet... foil.. I even tried to spray foil before adding batter... help!
