CHOCOLATE - BUTTERMILK - PEANUT
BUTTER - FUDGE DELIGHT CAKE
 
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa (baking cocoa, dark)
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Peanut butter
Cooking oil
Confectioners sugar

Over medium heat, mix the first 5 ingredients. Stir until very well mixed and thoroughly heated. Remove from heat. Add the last 4 ingredients and stir until mixed well. Bake in a lightly greased jellyroll pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

When cool, spread the top with a small (8 to 12 ounce) jar of peanut butter that has been mixed with 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Over medium heat, bring to a boil:

1/2 c. butter (one stick)
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk

Remove from heat, mix in 1 pound confectioners sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over top of peanut butter and refrigerate until fudge has set. Enjoy!
