PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
Pinch of salt

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. soft butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Cake: Cream together first 4 ingredients. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients. Bake in greased 13x9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool. Frost with Peanut Butter Frosting.

Frosting: Beat all ingredients until creamy.

I made this for my dog's birthday today, and both she and my family really loved it! I put a bit of batter in a cake pop pan for the dog, and made another cake in a bundt pan, and put a bunch of chocolate chips in the bundt cake. It tasted absolutely wonderful!
