LEMON DELIGHT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
3 c. milk

FOURTH LAYER:

Remaining Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

First layer: mix and press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees and cool. Second layer: mix and spread over first layer. Third layer: Mix instant lemon pudding mix and milk until thick. Spread over second layer. Fourth layer: cover with remaining Cool Whip from 16 oz. container. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Can be made day ahead.
