BBQ RIBS 
Place ribs on rack and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Place ribs in pan and cover with sauce and tin foil. Continue baking at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 grape jam or jelly
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix together and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
