BARBARA'S BEEF AND NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
3 lbs. sirloin beef cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sherry or white wine
1 1/2 bags stroganoff noodles

Put beef cubes in deep casserole. In a separate bowl, mix soup and wine. Pour soup and wine mixture over beef cubes. Cover casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Spoon beef and gravy over cooked stroganoff noodles.
