KEY LIME CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
green food coloring (optional)
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
2 prepared graham cracker pie shells (or Oreo cookie)

Mix cream cheese and condensed milk until creamy, then mix in lime juice and food coloring if desired. Stir in Cool Whip with spoon until mixed then pour into two pie shells. Cover and place in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours before serving.

Makes 2.
