SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage, hot or mild
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Self-rising flour

Sausage and cheese need to be room temperature. Mix together with self-rising flour until you reach desired consistency to roll into 1 inch balls. Bake approximately 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees, preheat oven, on ungreased cookie sheet.
