6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. lemon juice (about 3 lemons)

Beat eggs and add sugar; mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Cook in a double boiler until thick. Serve on toast, muffins or Maryland biscuits.
