1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine the first 4 ingredients and mix well. Add egg to this mixture and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to preceding mixture. Form into balls about the size of a walnut. Place on greased cookie sheet, press with fork. Bake 10 to 15 minutes in a 300 degree oven.
