PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream Crisco and sugars, add peanut butter and cream until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Add flour and baking soda. Roll into balls and dip in sugar; flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until light brown.
