PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. butter flavored Crisco shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Mix with blender until creamy. Mix the following in a separate bowl. Add to the above mixture. Roll into a ball then fork down. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese, milk and vanilla in medium bowl. Gradually beat in powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until smooth. Frosts a 9 x 13 inch pan.
