1 (8 oz.) bottle of Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
2 tbsp. pepper
10 shakes Tabasco hot sauce

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir to keep from scorching. Reduce heat to a simmer for 20 minutes. You may add more pepper or Tabasco sauce if you would like. Serve as a barbecue sauce or use it in recipes to add some zest.
