“CRACKER JACK” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  EASY NACHOS

CRACKER JACK 
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups popped corn
2 cups shelled peanuts

Put molasses, sugar, and vinegar into a saucepan, stir just enough to prevent burning, and cook to 275°F.

Add butter, vanilla, and peanuts, and stir just enough to mix well. Pour over salted, popped corn, and mix well. Mold into round patties, or leave in irregular pieces.
