POPCORN CRACKER JACKS 
1 c. unpopped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pop corn and set aside. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes the brown sugar, Karo and butter. Remove from heat and add soda. Pour mixture over popcorn and stir well to coat. Put on 2 foil lined cookie sheets.

Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 225°F oven. Stir every 15 minutes to break apart. Cool well and store in tightly covered container. Can add cooked peanuts to popcorn before pouring syrup over mix.
