CRANBERRY CHICKEN | |
1 can whole cranberries 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix 1 bottle Catalina French Dressing 12-18 chicken legs or thighs OR 8 half breasts, deskinned Mix ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Make rice on side and when chicken is done take out legs or breasts and pour rice into sauce in pan and mix, then replace chicken on top of rice. |
