CRANBERRY MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
2 eggs
1/3 c. catsup
Minced onion to taste
1 can cranberry sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce

Mix ground beef, parsley, Rice Krispies, eggs, catsup and minced onion. Form 1 inch meatballs. Put them in a 9 1/2 x 11 inch baking dish. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Drain all grease. Make sauce by combining cranberry sauce, lemon juice and chili sauce. Pour over meatballs. Bake for another 1/2 hour. These freeze well and are also tasty as cold leftovers or when reheated.
