KARTOFFIL SHNITS & KRAUT 
1 qt. sauerkraut
Noodles
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Water enough to make dough so it can be rolled out. Cut into small squares or like little hot dogs. Then cut into small pieces. Put in 3 quarts of boiling water and cool until done, about 20 minutes, then drain.

In frying pan with 2 tablespoons butter, put noodles, potatoes, and sauerkraut; cook until brown, about 20 minutes.
