EASY MOLASSES CAKE 
This cake is very moist and even better when 2 days old!

1 egg
1 cup white sugar
1 cup dark or light molasses
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 heaping tsp. butter or shortening
2 cups all-purpose flour

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 375°F for approximately 45 minutes.
