QUICK AND EASY ONION RICE | |
1 med. onion, chopped 1 tsp. butter 1 1/2 c. minute rice or minute premium long grain rice 1 1/2 c. water 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Cook and stir onion in hot butter until tender. Add rice, cook and stir until lightly browned. Add water, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in parsley. |
