BLACKBERRY COBBLER #1 
1 can blackberries, water packed
1/2 can of water
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
8 sugar substitutes
Double crust pastry

In a 2 quart baking dish add blackberries with juice from the can; add 1/2 can water, cornstarch, sugar substitutes, mixing until cornstarch is dissolved. Add butter in small drops. Make the double crust pastry, roll out the pastry, cut into strips; place 1/2 the strips under the blackberries. This will make a dumpling. Place the rest of the crust on top. Bake until crust is brown about 30 minutes.
