BLACKBERRY COBBLER 
3 c. fresh berries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch or 4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter

Mix together and put in 9 inch square pan in oven and let it cook until it bubbles well. Pour crust mixture over it.

COBBLER CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix dry ingredients well. Add milk and butter all at once. Beat until smooth. Pour over fruit. Mix sugar and nutmeg. Sprinkle over batter. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until crust is done.
