BLACKBERRY COBBLER #2 
1 can blackberries water packed
1/2 can water
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 jar Simply Fruit blackberry spreadable, fruit by Smuckers
Double crust pastry

In a 2 quart baking dish mix together blackberries with juice, 1/2 can water, cornstarch, and Simply Fruit. Mix well; add butter. make the pastry and roll out and cut into strips, placing 1/2 of the pastry under the fruit. This will make a dumpling. Place the other 1/2 on top; add butter in small drops. Bake until crust is brown, about 30 minutes.
