BLACKBERRY COBBLER | |
1 (15 oz.) can Thank You blackberries, drained and reserve juice 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 (9.5 oz.) roll refrigerated cinnamon rolls Whipped topping Dissolve cornstarch in juice of blackberries. Add lemon juice. Pour in the bottom of round cake pan. Add berries. Layer separated rolls over top of berries. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven (375 degrees for glass) 13 to 17 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling and biscuits are golden. Garnish with whipped topping. 8-9 servings. |
