PEACH CRISP 
3 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches (unsweetened)
1/4 c. tapioca
Granola

Drain juice from peaches into saucepan. Add tapioca and simmer until clear. Add peaches. Pour into baking dish and cover with granola. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Servings: 8.
