APPLE CRISP 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. sliced apples
1/3 c. tapioca

Mix all dry ingredients. Add melted butter. Blend together. Sprinkle tapioca on apples. Mix together. Put 1/2 flour mixture in bottom of square pan. Add apples on top of flour. Put rest of flour on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut in squares. Serve with ice cream.
