APPLE CRISP 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 lbs. tart apples, 1/2 inch diced (approximately 4 c.)
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix flour, sugar, oats in large bowl. Stir in butter with fork to make a crumbly mixture. Put in 8x8 inch baking dish. Set aside.

Combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon in baking dish. Stir to mix well. Sprinkle topping over apple mixture. Microwave 10-12 minutes on high or until apple mixture bubbles through topping.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
