SUPER SPUDS 
2 baking potatoes, cleaned, unpeeled & cut into 3/4" wedges or pieces
1/3 c. sweet & spicy French dressing
1/2-3/4 c. cornflake crumbs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover potato wedges with dressing, roll in cornflake crumbs to coat. Place skin-side-down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until deep golden brown and potatoes are tender.
