2 med. baking potatoes, scrubbed, cut into 1" wedges 1/3 c. sweet & spicy French salad dressing 1/2-3/4 c. cornflake crumbs Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine potato wedges and dressing; toss. Roll each wedge in crumbs to coat; place skin side down in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan or on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until deep golden brown and potatoes are tender. |
