18 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 c. potatoes, instant or cooked
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. pimentos

Mix above ingredients. Then stuff in foil potato shell. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
