TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Bake potatoes until done. Let cool. Slice away top of each potato. Scoop out pulp leaving shells intact. Add to first mixture, mix well. Stuff shells with potato mixture, sprinkle with paprika and snipped chives. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
