GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1 lb. bacon
Onion
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1/4 c. flour
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
5 lb. potatoes

Boil potatoes. Peel, cool and slice. Cut up bacon strips and chop onion. Cook until brown. Add to bacon and onion mixture. Add can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 of water, 1/4 cup plus 1 1/2 tablespoons flour. Add vinegar and sugar. Stir until thickened. Pour over potatoes.
