1 lb. dried lima beans
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
6 c. water

Place all ingredients in large kettle. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low for 2-3 hours or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally. Add water if necessary.
