BOSTON BROWN BREAD 
1 c. graham flour
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. sour milk
1 c. raisins (opt.)

Stir all ingredients together. Add raisins if desired. Pour into greased mold or pan and steam for 3 hours (a moderate oven, 350 degrees is sufficient for steaming). NOTE: To sour milk, 1 tablespoon vinegar added to 1 cup sweet milk. For a mold a tin can works well.
