SALMON - TUNA LOAF | |
1 tsp. lemon juice 1 can (2 c.) salmon or 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained 1 c. med. white sauce 1/2 tbsp. salt 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. Pet milk 1/2 c. celery 1 beaten egg Add lemon juice to salmon or tuna. Also white sauce, milk, salt, egg, celery and crumbs. Mix well. Bake in greased dish, 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown. |
